  • The Posh Dog uses an online pet care portal called Time To Pet. Through this platform, clients can view their pet’s schedule in real-time, including when a walk starts and ends. After each visit, you'll receive a detailed journal update with notes on how the visit went, along with adorable photos of your pup.

  • Yes, to ensure consistency and the highest quality of care, we require a minimum commitment of two walks per week.

    This structure allows us to maintain a predictable routine for each dog, creating a calm, low-stress environment. It also allows dogs within our small group walks to become familiar with one another, build positive relationships, and develop a sense of comfort and confidence!

    We’ve found that this consistency is key to providing a safe, structured, and truly enriching experience for every dog in our care.

  • We begin with a meet and greet to learn about your dog, your schedule, and your specific needs. From there, we build a consistent walking routine that works best for you and your pup.

  • Yes — weather permitting, we walk rain or shine! If conditions are unsafe (extreme storms, ice, etc.), we’ll adjust plans for your pet’s safety.

  • #9 From our Service Agreement:

    The Posh Dog L.L.C. reserves the right to charge a cancelation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service.

  • You can request and pay for services, instant message with our team, and update your records all on the Time to Pet mobile app! Please specify the desired time in the notes of your request and please remember we operate on a two hour window (one hour on either side of your desired time).
